allows testing of pesticides on children?
Oh, but don't worry too much, revised rules only allow pesticide testing on ORPHANS & MENTALLY HANDICAPPED CHILDREN!
Tell Congress to advise the EPA against publishing the rule that allows pesticide testing of children!
